Crane HS Alumni Fund Scholarships
As part of their 40th reunion activities, the Crane HSÂ Class of ’69 and the Ebert Foundation donated $50,000 in scholarships to the Crane Class of 2009.
Crane Alumna Chaz Ebert said, “We want these students to remember that it’s important to know where you came from and that they stand on the shoulders of those who came before them. We’re doing everything we can to give them a helping hand because they represent our future,”
The group challenged other CPS alumni to get involved at their own schools citywide. Alumni of Crane and any other Chicago Public School can reconnect with their schools and each other at CPSalumni.org.
